Martis Camp

Martis Camp is located in the Martis Valley between Truckee and Lake Tahoe. This is an exclusive private and gated golf course development located on 2,177 acres and it has its own access to the Northstar ski resort. With only 653 homesites the lots are 1.5 to 2.5 acres this is a low density development. Over 400 homesites have been sold, 61 homes completed and another 170 in the design or construction phase. The world class golf course was designed by Tom Fazio. There are extensive family and country club facilities.
